While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.
That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.
If you decide you want to return a Jackery item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@redacreshomestead.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return. Do not ship products to our mailing address.
Red Acres will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defective product or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition. Include all parts, accessories, and documentation in the package. For items returned not in their original condition, a 15% stocking fee in addition to shipping fees will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by the warehouse.
