    It's LiFePO4 with the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.

    What is the life expectancy?

    It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there. 
    ( it's not to say the battery only has 4000 cycle life span. Among 4000 cycles, the unit can exert its best performance. It would not perform its best after 4000 cycles because of internal wastage.)

    Does it support EPS？

    Yes,the Explorer 300 Plus supports EPS.

    What is the duration of the standby time?

    Ultra-low power consumption and ultra-long standby time. 80% of battery stored for 2 years can still be left 20% or more.

    What's solar panel is compatible with Explorer 300 Plus?

    The SolarSaga 40/60/80/100 can be connected to Explorer 300 Plus for charging.

    Can SOS sign be issued by using Explorer 300 Plus?

    Shipping & Returns

    While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

    That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

    If you decide you want to return a Jackery item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at sales@redacreshomestead.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return. Do not ship products to our mailing address.

    Red Acres will cover the shipping cost for returns for the following reasons: defective product or damaged package. For returns due to all other reasons, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

    Please ensure that the item you are returning is in its original condition. Include all parts, accessories, and documentation in the package. For items returned not in their original condition, a 15% stocking fee in addition to shipping fees will be applied and deducted from the refund amount.

    Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you ship out the return package, please be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label on the outside of the package. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label will not be accepted by the warehouse.
