Free Shipping - We offer complimentary shipping on most items within the contiguous United States. For bulkier and heavier items, there might be shipping charges for certain models to specific states. You can find product specific shipping information noted in the product descriptions.

 

Order Confirmation - Once you place an order, you'll get an email confirmation from us to acknowledge its receipt. We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. If an item is available, we'll confirm and prepare it for dispatch. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you either by email or phone. Should you prefer not to wait, we'll process a refund promptly.

 

Order Shipment - Your order will be dispatched within the lead time specified on the product page. After dispatch, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow about 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Damages - Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Should you notice any damage, make a note with the delivery personnel upon signing. If damage is evident, contact us at support@redacreshomestead.com immediately. Depending on the extent of damage, we might send a replacement part instead of a full item replacement. Ensure you retain the original packaging as damaged returns require it. Approvals for damaged returns are necessary before sending them back.

 

Incorrect Item - Occasionally, errors occur, and the wrong item may be shipped. In such cases, reach out to us at support@redacreshomestead.com. We'll dispatch a replacement upon receipt of the returned item in its original packaging with all contents intact. Returns due to our oversight won't incur restocking fees.
