Damages - Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Should you notice any damage, make a note with the delivery personnel upon signing. Ensure you retain the original packaging as damaged returns require it. Approvals for damaged returns are necessary before sending them back.

We'll dispatch a replacement upon receipt of the returned item in its original packaging with all contents intact. Returns due to our oversight won't incur restocking fees.
