The only cream separator with stainless steel discs inside
The electric cream separator Milky FJ 130 ERR SS is the only model that comes with an additional set of stainless steel discs inside of the package. By purchasing this separator you will get a standard Milky FJ130 ERR model with the discs and drum made of anodized aluminum, and an additional set of stainless steel discs that you can exchange if you need to. The drum itself is still made of anodized aluminum.
Advantages
Such advantages as anodized aluminum disks inside the drum or very durable high-quality materials make this model much better than cream separators of other brands.
Under anodized disks, we mean that disks that are made of aluminum will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by a special 14-micrometer film.
All parts that contact food are made of high-quality stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
The fixing hooks provide more safety to this cream separator
How to use the cream separator:
Just warm the milk up to 40˚C or 104˚F, switch the separator on and pour the milk into 10 liters or 2,6 gallons milk container.
How much cream can you get?:
-from 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk you will get about 1 liter or 0,26 gallons of cream;
- the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3,2% you will get cream with 32% of fat;
- if you need cream with less content of fat you can mix it with low fat milk which you get during separation.
- it is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters or 5-7 gallons (two bowls) of milk.
